People who dont take care of their horses?

I feel the same way about a barn in my area. I would give her suggestions, but not be mean about it. If you go visit her demonstrate how it is done properly. Explain why you do it your way and listen to her side. If she doesn't change I would mention stuff like ASPCA, etc.
