Where can i find specialty cigarettes?

We are looking for the specialty cigarettes that come in colors, such as Nat Sherman Fantasias, Pink Elephants, or the more famous Pink Dreams cigarettes for a debate coming up in a few weeks. If you know of a store that sells colored cigarettes, that's NOT ONLINE and in the DC metropolitan area... thank you so much!
