A logical flaw in the very outset of christian belief... how do you deal with it?

I cannot speak for Judeo-Christians. But this question is not a new one. In my experience in talking with JC's about this, they will either admit that their God is not all-knowing (in the sense that you and I understand knowing) after all, or they play the 'mysterious ways' cards to disregard the question.
