How do you beat that pyshic dude on metal gear 4?

there are 2 phases to the fight first you want to shoot at the dolls screaming mantis is holding and when they fall get them and use them on her. you need to use the syringe on snake and meryl. the second phase is screaming beauty and you beat her by just shooting at her and not letting her grab you. if you use tranquilizer rounds to beat her you get her face camo. and you still have a way to go to the end.
