Smoltz for LoDuca - Allow or Veto?

I am commish of 2 private leagues and maintain veto power as well. Unless you think their is collusion going on, you have to let it go. While I wouldn't trade Smoltz for LoDuca either, you have to let guys try to improve their teams the way they see fit. And remember...... you CANNOT legislate stupidity.
