Michigan Day care Aide?

I am enrolled as a day care aide in Michigan. I provide care for the subsidy payements for low income children. I took care of 2 boys for over a month, and got my provider ID#. I back billed and received my paper in the mail today that shows the amount of my payment. However, being a day care aide, the state mails the parent the check in their name, they have to cash it and pay me. She has the check, and will not pay me. How do I report her so I get my money??!
