Is a 2007 Kymco People 200 S for $2000 a good deal?

I am looking to buy one and a guy has a mint 2007 Kymco People 200 S scooter that has about 2000 miles on it. He is including a storage case and a cover. Would $2000 be a good price? Also, more or less, what is the value of this scooter? Thanks in advance, I have been looking everywhere. Kbb.com only has approximations and those aren't of much help. Thanks
