If a nuke were detonated in space would it destroy anything that wasn't directly affected by the explosion?

I ask because in the video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, a nuke blows up the ISS. (Watch here: a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjJxiiVOHHo" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjJxiiVOH…/a ) Yet what would cause this shockwave? There's no air or sound in space so neither could be responsible for the rippling effect we witness. I mostly ask not to be overly critical, but out of curiosity.
