I got a girlfriend but i live far away?

So here's the deal. For more then a year i was secluded and closed off, because i was scared people would betray me again. I live in one country which i emigrated into from LT. Every school vacation i go to LT to see my friends and stuff. Im 14 btw. Me and my friend went on a trip, with his female cousin and her friend. After a bit me and the cousins friend fell in love. She is really nice, she understands me, we really share alot, and she has a figure etc. but i am gonna have to go back to the other country. what should i do? She is 16 btw,
