What do i do about an older woman from work?

I work with this woman who is seven years older than me. I'm 25 and she is 32. I never usually have a problem reading girls, but this one is different. We have worked together for about 5 years, but never really talked besides the usual small talk and joking around. About two months ago she filed for divorce, and within the last month she started texting me out of nowhere and more recently started forwarding very explicit jokes and making some suggestive comments. I played along because I'm definitely in to her. The one problem is that when were talking outside of text she sometimes seems somewhat standoffish and other times she seems more than excited to talk to me.. In other words, Im getting mixed signals. Under normal cirstances I wouldn't even get involved with this, but i cant get her off my mind. I know I shouldn't get involved, but i just cant help it. So, I tried prying through text to see if she is just joking with me or if she is serious, but she purposely left it to mystery. What should I do? Should I just come out and ask if she's interested? I just don't want to complicate work, but i really wanna know.
